From crafting eye-catching logos to designing cohesive visual elements, I make sure every detail reflects the brand’s core message. I thrive on creating engaging stories that connect with people on a personal level. By keeping a pulse on trends and understanding what drives consumer behavior, I design brands that not only stand out but also foster genuine and lasting connections.

Brand Story

In developing a brand book, the brand story serves as the cornerstone of the narrative, capturing the heart and mission of the brand in a way that resonates with its audience. This story shapes the brand's personality, defining its tone and style to ensure a cohesive and authentic voice. The brand book also includes comprehensive guidelines—brand rules—that outline how to consistently apply these elements across all materials, from visual design to communication. Together, these components create a unified and compelling brand identity that builds lasting connections with customers.

Design

In designing brands and logos, I worked closely with the CEO and marketing team to bring the brand’s vision to life. Together, we crafted everything from logos and product designs to dielines and website layouts. Our teamwork extended to marketplace and social media design, ensuring every touchpoint was cohesive and impactful. This direct collaboration allowed us to align every design element with the brand’s strategic goals, creating a unified and compelling brand experience across all brands.

Apartment Branding

When selecting a name and brand identity for each new apartment complex acquisition, I meticulously considered location, demographics, and building style, complemented by effective SEO strategies. By analyzing the surrounding community and its unique characteristics, I identified names that resonate with local culture and appeal to the target demographic. The architectural style of each building informed the aesthetic elements of the brand, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. Additionally, I incorporated SEO best practices by choosing names that incorporate relevant keywords, enhancing online visibility and attracting prospective tenants searching for their ideal home. This comprehensive approach helped create distinctive identities that align with the essence of each property.
